Grand Knight's Message
Brother Knights, I hope you and your families had an enjoyable, blessed Easter. This time of year is so busy, but such a wonderful time in so many ways. Enjoy it!
We have lots going on with the Knights - right away we have the planned K of C Day of Fishing and fun, Saturday, May 4th. The details are below and you don't want to miss out - get the whole family involved. The next family breakfast will be at the end of June. And be sure and come out for our big Softball Game with the St. Vincent council on Sunday, June 23rd.
At the May regular meeting (Tuesday, May 14, 7:00pm) we will have two important items to discuss and vote:
1) List of approved expenditures - we have developed a "budget" to discuss and have a list of expenditures to approve.
2) Tables and chairs - we are proposing to purchase up to $2,000 for some much needed new chairs and tables.
Your input is wanted and needed. Come on out for the meeting - and come early and eat with us around 6:00pm, rosary at 6:30pm.
Mark Hoelzeman, G.K.

John did a great job as the Master-of-Ceremony at this year's KofC annual awards banquet, John is also a Science and Math teacher at Sacred Heart, Past Lecturer for the council, works the Sacred Heart Bazaar annually, and calls bingo at KofC Monday Night Bingo.
Family of the Month:
Michael and Kim Briggler
The Knights of Columbus would like to recognize the Michael & Kim Briggler family as our April Family of the Month. Michael and Kim, along with children Christian (one of our newest members), Addison and Ethan serve Sacred Heart Church and school in many ways. Michael is an Usher and is on the Parish Council. Christian and Kim are Extraordinary Ministers, Ethan and Addison are Altar Servers, Ethan is a Lector, Ethan and Addison are active CYM members, and Michael and Kim chair the Dime Toss at the Sacred Heart bazaar.
Our next blood drive will be held Monday, March 18, from 3:00-7:00pm at the Morrilton Community Center.
We had a real nice crowd at our last Family Breakfast. We'll do it again on Sunday, June 30th at Sacred Heart cafeteria. Mark it on your calendar, between 8:00am and 10:30am Masses.
